Coconut Fat Balls
The perfect low carb, high fat and protein healthy snack //
1 C coconut shreds
1/2 C Coconut oil melted
1/4 C cocoa nibs
1 tsp cinnamon
3 medjool dates pitted
1/3 C almond milk
1/4 C Almond butter
Blend everything in your food processor and roll into balls then freeze.
Fell free to try the mix before forming the balls! Its vegan so tasting the dough does no harm :)
Tip: if you have a big sweet tooth I would recommend adding 1-2 tbs of honey or agave into the mix or 3 more dates.
Store in freezer and take out before eating, let it thaw for about 6 minutes for perfect chewiness.
