Adaptogenic Cocoa Mushroom Latte

Adaptogens have already been hailed as one of the biggest health and wellness trends and should become part of your daily diet. If the terminology is new to you, don't stress, I’ve only heard about these 3 years ago.
I began researching and drinking adaptogens years ago after having a bit of stress and anxiety.
Adaptogens are natural substances that help our bodies adapt and respond to stress: improving mood, boosting immunity, and reducing fatigue. Here is my favorite drink:

Adaptogenic Cocoa Mushroom Latte
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp mushroom mix @drinkmudwtr
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp monk fruit
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Heat almond milk
2. Mix all ingredients together and blend with a frother or spoon.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!!!
