Curried Cauliflower and Egg Bowl

Curried cauliflower rice- 2 cups of cauliflower rice sautéed with a a drizzle of water, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp of onion powder and 1 tbsp of onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Over easy egg with some crushed chili flakes
And never forget the guac.
Mix all ingredients, including the egg for best taste! (Like a super healthy fried rice!)
