Savory Cilantro Salad
Lately I’ve been indulging in everything and anything that I wanted - now it’s back to eat healthy, clean, whole foods 🍴 no juice detox just real food 💥 this took me literally 30 minutes or less and just one pan- spring mix base, grilled mushrooms and zucchini w/sea salt and pepper, avo, mustard truffle coated fish (which I bought at the Bryant Park NY Christmas Market) but the best part is the lemon + red wine cilantro salad which was delish...
This cilantro salad could easily be used to garnish anything, it is sooo tasty!!
About a cup of cilantro with 1-2 tbs red wine vinegar, 1 lemon juice, sea salt and pepper to taste!
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and add to basically anything!!
