Gluten-free Overnight Oats
Hearty, satisfying and absolutely delicious
1/3 C plain Greek yogurt
1/2 C gluten free rolled oats @bobsredmill
2/3 C unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbs chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours- preferably overnight before eating.
Soak oats for better digestion !!
