Vegan Banana Bread
Minimal, moist and ridiculously delicious //
4 mashed ripe bananas
3 tbs chia seeds + 6 tbs of almond milk (allow to soak for 10 minutes)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 C of @bobsredmill paleo flour
1/2 tbs of @bobsredmill baking flour
In a medium bowl, mix all wet ingredients then add in the dry ones.
Once mixture is well blended, coat the edges of a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 mins.
Enjoy! And of course topping off a slice with a little almond butter does no harm!
