Store bought açaí bowl are deliciousss but are usually packed w/sugar- making your own with smart ingredient choices saves you tons of sugar + an insulin spike ✨

I chose @sambazon unsweetened açaí packs that have 0 sugar and 1 net carb + I added cauliflower instead of bananas to thicken
quick homemade almond milk, blend 3/4 water + 1 tbsp almond butter
2 açaí pure unsweetened packets
1/2 scoop @vitalproteins vanilla and coconut water
1/2 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla
3 steamed then frozen cauliflower florets
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend all ingredients in a blender then serve with favorite toppings!
