Veggie Loaded Breakfast
Breakfast ✨ literally broke my fast of 17 hrs with this delicious breaky! Had never fasted this long before and I felt great, no dizziness or light headed- personally I feel best when I give my body a rest from processing food all the time- but essentially fasting helps stabilizes insulin levels, burn fat + diminishes bloating (flat tummy!)! This is what I had for breakfast- loaded on veggies, protein and fats!
- 6 Asparagus
- 2 cups of spinach
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 egg whites
- Sauté asparagus + spinach in water and 1 tsp garlic salt
- Grill tomato halves w/salt and pepper
- Cook 2 egg whites in a non stick pan
- Add all ingredients on plate and add a fresh 1/2 avocado !
