Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

The same but different, these donuts are cinnamon sugar and have a cinnamon swirl in the middle, deliciousnesss !!! Here are the dets in English and Spanish !!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup monk fruit

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and in a separate bowl your wet ingredients.
Once mixed separately, add the wet ingredients to the dry bowl and mix until smooth consistency.
Coat your donut silicon mold with a little bit of coconut oil, and pour your donut batter into the silicon mold only up to half way and addd some cinnamon then fill with more batter until full.
Bake in the oven for 12 mins, keep your eye on it!
Once ready, refrigerate donuts to cool off before glazing.
Meanwhile prepare your coconut glaze, just mix well coconut butter until smooth (if there is oil separation, get even parts oil and coconut butter, microwave for 30 secs and stir until smooth)
Lastly, top it off with a coconut butter “glaze” and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (just mix 1 tbsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp monk fruit) !!

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza harina de almendra

  • 1/3 taza endulzante monk fruit

  • 2 cucharaditas polvo para hornear

  • 1 cucharaditas vinagre de manzana

  • 1/8 cucharaditas sal de mar

  • 1/4 taza aceite de coco

  • 2 cucharadas de agua

  • 2 huevos

  • 2 cucharaditas extracto de vanilla


Preparacion:

  1. Precalentar el horno a 170 C

  2. Mezclar los ingredientes secos en un plato hondo y en otro plato los ingredientes líquidos.

  3. Revolver los dos juntos hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa.

  4. Engrasar el molde de silicona con tantito aceite de coco.

  5. Agregar masa de donas al molde solo hasta la mitad y agregar tantita canela y luego agregar mas masa hasta que se llene la silicona.

  6. Hornear donas por 12 minutos!

  7. Dejar enfriar y refrigerar antes de agregar “betún” de coco.

    Para el betún:

  8. Revolver bien partes iguales de la mantequilla de coco con su aceite de coco hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa (si en necesario, calentar en el microondas por 15 segundos)
    Y por último cubrir tus donas con el betún y spinklea la mezcla de canela y monk fruit!
