Healthy Cinnamony Apple Crisp
Too hot to handle healthy apple crisp.. so I added a scoop of @so_delicious coconut ice cream ππ¨ Seriously simplest dessert ever, minimal ingredients and just throw it in the oven, itβs vegan, gluten free, low sugar and delicious!!
Apple filling: 
3 Granny Smith apples 
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp cinnamon 
Crumble 
1 cup gluten free @bobsredmill oats 
1/4 cup @lakantosweetener monkfruit 
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon 
Optional: 1/4 c pecans 
Pre heat oven to 350, thinly slice the apples and mix w/the rest of the ingredients. In a mixing bowl combine well the crumble ingredients. In a pan place apples first, then top with the crumble mix. Bake for 30 minutes or until sides crisp up and enjoy warm !!!
